Participants will  taught how to effectively defend themselves against an attacker with punches, kicks, elbows, and knees when in some of the worst case scenarios (bear hug, headlock, choke - standing or on the ground).  Krav Maga's practical approach to self-defence helps to make you be safer and more secure. They will finish the seminar knowing that they can become more powerful.
