Cost: 50 euro Club Members; 75 euro Non Club Members.
Pre – booking is essential.
Notice: Teams of two will be placed in each car for seminar, members will be expected to bring car for seminar if possible.

The Irish Institute of Krav Maga is pleased to announce that Tamir Gilad (Expert 4) of the International Krav Maga Federation (I.K.M.F) Global Instruction Team is to conduct ‘Car Rage’ seminar at the K2C Martial Arts Centre in Cork on the 26th of February 2012. Tamir is head instructor of Law Enforcement training division in IKMF.
Students will participate in tactical and strategic scenarios in a parking lot, dealing with conflicts in and around vehicles.
This seminar will cover defences against knife and gun attacks from outside and inside a car, parking lot carjacking scenarios, defences from getting in and out of a truck, defences vs. kidnappers who is in the rear seats; kidnapping prevention; tactics and strategies while defending yourself in and around vehicles.
Learn how to mentally and physically deal with a life threatening situation in a parking lot and inside your vehicle!
No previous Krav Maga training experience is necessary.
