Irish Institute of Krav Maga is the Ireland’s premier Krav Maga organisation. We are official International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) School. With classes available throughout the Ireland including Cork, Limerick, Carrigaline and Mallow. In addition to our regular classes we offer individual or group private Krav Maga training sessions.

You don't have to be fit and have previous Martial Arts experience to benefit from this military system of self defence and contact combat. Krav Maga is simple and effective and we do not use any fancy movements and kicks. Age is not a problem either as we have a student aged between 16 - 60.
